All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out immediately.

As we operate with a dropshipping model, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as customs delays, holidays, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

  • Any additional shipping options (if available) will be calculated at checkout.

5. Delays and Issues
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. FamPets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
FamPets is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
